How it differs from a regular clean
A regular clean means dust, floors and bathrooms. A post-renovation clean is a different job: washing off cement haze, removing paint spots, wiping down walls and ceilings, cleaning building dust off the windows, scraping silicone out of the joints. It takes two to three times longer and is far more demanding.
Prices in 2026
- Studio of 25–30 m² — ₾250–350 for five to six hours of work.
- Two-room flat of 50 m² — ₾450–600 for a full day (eight to ten hours).
- House of 100 m² and up — from ₾800, usually two cleaners for a day.
- Extras: upholstery cleaning ₾80–120, windows charged separately ₾30–50 each.
What the service must include
Scraping mortar off the tiles, peeling stickers off the fittings, washing every light fitting and socket — inside as well — wiping doors, skirting boards and window sills. If the cleaner "forgot" the windows or the tops of the cupboards, that is a bad cleaner.
What should never happen
Surcharges "for the dust" or "for the volume" on top of what you agreed. The price should be fixed — per flat or per hour. If halfway through you are told to pay more "or I stop working", that is a shakedown. On xFix that is grounds for a ban.
When to book it
The moment the builders have taken away their rubble and tools. Wait two weeks and the dust settles everywhere and works its way into the joints. Ideally the same day: the crew leaves in the morning, the cleaners arrive in the afternoon.
