Photo and name

A real photo of your face — not a logo, not a picture of a tool, not the default avatar. Use your real name: "Giorgi Beridze", not "Plumber24". Clients choose people, not services. Two minutes of work, a visible difference.

Be specific about what you do

Not "I do everything around the house" but "plumber, 6 years, specialising in taps, toilets and water heaters". The narrower the wording, the more trust it earns. Generalists are trusted less than specialists.

Three or more services with prices

  • Name the services in plain language: "Tap installation", not "Plumbing works".
  • Give clear "from ₾X" prices — clients filter by price.
  • Add a short description: what is included and what is not.

A portfolio is not optional

At least five photos of your own work. Without a portfolio you are an unknown quantity. Before-and-after shots work about twice as well as ordinary ones. Take them right after each job — you will never collect them later.

Area and travel radius

State your district and how far you are willing to travel. Clients from distant suburbs should not see you if you will not go there. That is not "losing jobs", it is filtering properly.

Bio: three to five sentences

Who you are, how long you have been doing it, what you take pride in, what warranty you give. No filler, no advertising. A template: "Giorgi, plumber, 6 years in Batumi. I specialise in replacing taps and fixing leaks. I bring my own tools, one-year warranty on the work." That is enough.

The first reviews matter most

With no reviews, clients default to whoever looks experienced. To get your first three, be willing to work slightly below market: take the simple jobs, do them perfectly, ask for a review. After five five-star ratings you can charge the going rate and clients will still come.

How fast you reply

Clients pick whoever answers within five or ten minutes. Reply after two hours and the job is already with a competitor. Turn push notifications on and answer even briefly: "Hello, I can be there today by 18:00."

What NOT to do

  • Do not send template replies — clients spot them instantly and move on.
  • Do not price high at the start, before you have a rating behind you.
  • Do not turn down small jobs — they are what bring the reviews.

The target: 10 jobs in the first month

With a properly built profile, eight to twelve jobs in the first month is realistic. After that the reviews start working for you and the work comes on its own. The main thing is not to give up during the first two silent weeks — that part is normal.
